As of today, I weigh 305 lbs, which is about -4 from almost 3 weeks since I last weighed myself. Yaayyyyyy.
Right now Im making better desicions about what I am eating, how much I eat, and how much I exercise. Just hope I dont get defeated again.
I think Im going to take a couple pictures to kind of document my body changes from now to the end of the semester. Im still thinking about it so that may or may not happen lol.
